Robert Jackson: The Beginner’s Trainer
Robert Jackson is a Certified Personal Trainer from Oklahoma City, OK certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. While on the path to entering the fitness world, Robert graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Leadership. Most of his career has been spent in education, helping others achieve their goals and creating a better version of themselves. After spending years lifting weights for recreational purposes, Robert ran in the 2012 Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon 5k (3.1 miles). This sparked an interest in overall health and wellness while redefining what it meant to be “in shape”. Since then Robert has ran in several competitions including the Oklahoma City Memorial Half Marathon (13.1 miles), The Strides of March Half Marathon (13.1 miles) and the Tough Mudder (12 miles). Robert combines his personal experience with weight lifting, long distance running and mud run competitions with a fusion of calisthenics, yoga, high intensity interval training, and sprinting to create an experience perfectly suited for the fitness beginner looking to begin their journey into better health.
